Welcoming New Principal
As the new academic year begins all the teachers gathered in the school. Sr. Priyanka welcomed our principal Sr. Jenita and the new comers and also thought provoking words.
Sr. Jenita has given some instructions to teachers. She motivated us with her fruitful words. She guided the teachers for the reopening day. Finally ended with the small prayer.
JUNE – 07.06.2024
Orientation
Teachers orientation one day workshop was conducted in a broad and meaningful way. New tools for teachers in a new world which provides the tool and Strategies for engaging and empowering the students of today by Dr. John he had given a broad idea to the teachers about teaching with new tools.
He introduce fore core purposes of education. (i) Personal (ii) Social (iii) Culturals (iv) Economic the technique of various methods of teaching were given to the teachers through the various visual method and also through the play way method.
Various activities were also given to the teachers to follow the some in the classes. Teachers from different School of our St. Charles school participated one day workshop on 07.06.2024 yercaud, yelagiri english and tamil medium school.

Reopen Day
Reopen for 1 to 8 on the 10th of June, the school reopened it’s doors. The children brimming with joy after their summer vacation, returned to school. The teachers and sisters welcomed them with great enthusiasm. Sister principal addressed the children, imparting valuable and thought – provoking words.
Teachers Meeting
The meeting commenced with a prayer, during which Sr. correspondent shared insights from Sr. Mary Queen regarding maintaining a positive mindset. Newcomers were invited to introduce themselves and Sr. Correspondent provided a reminder of their duties.
The discussion covered various educational topics, including dressing hygiene, effective communication, behavior etiquette, classroom environment, colleague interactions and expectations from management. All aspects related to education values were thoroughly discussed during the meeting, which concluded with a brief closing prayer.

Digital Video
Mr. Naresh & the team came to our school and install digital content for the subjects. Mr. Naresh explained the teachers to how to use the extra mark teaching app.
He provided the username and password for the teachers to access the extra mark teaching app. Teachers enquiry about their doubts in the syllabus. He assured to update the pending syllabus as our expectation.

Reopen Day For Kindergarten
Reopen day for kindergarten on june 19, the school reopened it’s doors to kindergarten students. The teachers extended a warm welcome to the children, who arrived with great enthusiasm. A brief program was organized to great them.
The children expressed their happiness and eagerness to return to school after an extended break. Parents were equally excited to send their children for the new academic year. The event commenced with a short prayer and Cancluded with the school anthem.

Grandparents Day Celebration
The school’s auditorium hosted a celebration of grandparents day an event thoughtfully organised to instill the practice of honoring grandparents. The children thoroughly enjoyed the program, gaining a deeper understanding of the significance of respecting and paying tribute to their grandparents.
During the event grandparents shared valuable experiences and encouraged the children to cultivate obedience.

Investiture Ceremony
The investiture ceremony & club inauguration were held on 11th July 2024 – 2025 to encourage and kindle leadership qualities in our young prodigies. As a chief guest Rev. Fr. Alphonse Philip SDB, correspondent & Rector of Don Bosco MHSS. Sr. Samboorna, Sr. Priyanka & our correspondent Sr. Mariya Arokya also graces the occasion and honored our captains and vice captains.
The investiture ceremony 2024 – 2025 successfully inducted the newly elected and selected members of the schools prefectional board on 11th July 2024. Both was taken by the leaders the ceremony concluded with the energetic dance by our student and valuable speech by the chief guest.
The various club inauguration were held on their day in a grand manner. The various club members were impressed by their performance. Further the program made them to realize the fruits of perseverance and hardwork to improve their skills. The school SPL proposed vote of thanks finally the program came to end with school anthem.

Kamaraj Birthday
Dr. Kamaraj’s birthday was celebrated on this day. Speech has given by the students in both the languages. Teachers had paid tribute to our greatest leader Dr. Kamaraj by showering the flowers.

Seminar for Students Welfare
Dr. Prasad Balamurugan visited our school to assist students in determining their ambitions. He emphasized the importance of dedicating time solely to honest study. He provided insights into various opportunities and courses available. Furthermore, he encouraged students to develop a clear vision by engaging in conversations with individuals who have excelled in various fields.

We had an adventure to explore, on transportation day with different types vehicles displayed by our L.K.G & U.K.G students of St. Charles ICSE.
They have displayed different types of vehicle used for transportation by land ,air and water.

PTA Meeting
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) convened a meeting for students in classes L.K.G to 8 to deliberate on student growth. The first part of the session was orientation for the parent .The next session facilitated meaningful interactions among parents, teachers, and the school administration. During the meeting, progress reports were disseminated to parents, and their valuable suggestions were duly recorded. The PTA meeting concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
Soon after the parents orientation students also attended there seminar by the chief guest Fr. Maria Sagai Raj SDB
The topic is role of media in student life.
In the afternoon class ( 1-3 ) poem recitation and (4-8) collage making competition was held in our school and students participated enthusiastically.

Independence Day
This year we celebrated the 78 independence day in our school with a dignity and honour .The ceremony started at 9:00 a.m. in the school premises with the large crowded of teachers students and parents.
The special occasion started with the hosting of the flock by the chief guest Mr. Radhakrishnan the social activist, it was followed by the national anthem after that the students performed March fast with the Indian flag and the school flag to the pay tribute to the motherland India.
Our students gave a death speech, skit , mine and dance. On the freedom fighters who played an important role in a Indian independence.
Our chief guest Mr. Radhakrishnan address the students with his and Sprite inspiring words he is trust upon the value of sacrifice hard work honesty and character formation as the chief aim of the students. At the end sweets where distributed to the students.
On this day fancy dress competition was conducted for the LKG & UKG students. The theme of the competition was freedom fighters, students took part with enthusiastically.

Charity Day
On 31st August, our school organized a charity day. All students and teachers dedicated their utmost efforts to ensure the event’s success. Tokens for the fete were distributed in advance, and a substantial amount of money was raised through various engaging activities, including games, a fancy store and a canteen. The collected funds were donated to the people of Wayanad, Kerala, who were affected by a natural disaster.

Philatery Quiz competition
The Indian Postal Department conducted a philately quiz competition for students in grades 6-8. Children from our school participated and achieved outstanding results, securing both first and second prizes.

Fire safety day
On the occasion of Fire Safety Day, our students visited the Tirupattur Fire Station to learn about fire safety and prevention. The children gained valuable insights into being cautious and proactive in case of emergencies. They even got to wear fire helmets and participate in interactive learning experiences. Our kindergarten students benefited greatly from this educational outing, acquiring essential knowledge and skills.

Diwali celebration
Over the past week, our school conducted awareness classes to promote a cracker-free Diwali. We emphasized the importance of celebrating safely and responsibly, aligning with the court’s guidelines to ban crackers. Under the guidance of our teachers, students learned valuable lessons on how to celebrate a safe and eco-friendly Diwali.
To reinforce this message, we organized a special Diwali celebration at school, where students showcased their understanding of the importance of a green and safe Diwali.

St.charles Feast
On November 4th, our school community joyfully celebrated the feast of St. Charles. Students, in collaboration with the sisters, meticulously prepared an engaging program.
A nine-day novena preceded the event, with each class leading the prayers and presenting qualities of St. Charles.
The culmination of the novena was celebrated as the feast day, honoring St. Charles’ legacy. Through this meaningful experience, students deepened their understanding of the importance of good works and service to others. Their efforts were warmly acknowledged and rewarded with the sweet treat, making the celebration even more special.

Annual day celebration
St.charles ICSE School celebrated its 3rd Annual Day on [Date] at 4:30 p.m. with the lighting of the inaugural lamp by distinguished dignitaries. The event was graced by Er. G. Arun Pandian, B.E., Executive Engineer, TNEB, Tirupattur, as the Chief Guest; Dr. V. Vikram Kumar, MD (S), Government Siddha Physician, Andiappanur, as the Guest of Honour; and Mr. MJF Lion. P.R. Devarajan, BA, District Marketing Chairperson, as the Special Invitee.
This year’s Annual Day celebration revolved around the thought-provoking theme ‘Digital Detox for a Delightful Life.’ True to our chosen theme, our programs and performances showcased the importance of balancing technology with real-life connections and experiences.
Students from Grades 1-8 showcased their talents through captivating dance and drama performances. The Chief Guest and Guest of Honour distributed certificates and prizes to deserving students, recognizing their achievements.
In his address, the Chief Guest shared inspiring words, emphasizing the importance of education and excellence. The program concluded with a vote of thanks and warm regards to all present, culminating with the singing of the National Anthem.

We celebrated Children’s Day on November 14, 2024, with great fervor, commemorating the 131st birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. A special assembly was conducted by teachers and students, featuring inspirational speeches and vibrant dance performances.
